Digital knowledge contest for pharmacy technicians: Imutor Go
Consumer Health Group operating under Eczacıbaşı Pharmaceuticals Marketing launched 'Imutor Go', the digital knowledge contest for the technicians in Imutor brand in November. With this knowledge contest, which was constructed to be played only among pharmacy technicians for one month, it was aimed to increase hand to hand product sales of the technician by keeping the pharmacy staff's Imutor product knowledge and cross-sell techniques fresh and accurate. With Imutor Go built on Bağışıklıkkazandırır.com, the pharmacy technicians, whom we visited throughout Türkiye, were both informed and contested on the online platform via the prepared videos. For four weeks, the winner technicians of the week and the first 3 technicians of the month were awarded. A total of 1100 pharmacies and 2300 technicians were reached with the knowledge contest ended on 4 December.
