Based on customer focus as our core principle and in line with our strategic goals and Quality Management approach, we as EİP Eczacıbaşı İlaç Pazarlama A.Ş., manage and constantly improve all our activities with the support of innovative ideas and social responsibility awareness.
In order to achieve this goal, we are committed to;
• set the highest levels as our target and adopt quality as a way of life in every task we perform and every service we provide,
• offer our products and services to the market in consistence with the national/international quality standards as well as customer requirements and needs based on our “Customer Satisfaction” principle
