Color of Presence

Eczacıbaşı Pharmaceuticals Marketing has received the silver excellence in the Succession and Career Management category at the Talent Management Awards, given by Brandon Hall Group, one of the world’s most prestegious consulting companies, with ‘’Color of Presence’’ training programme that was created in 2019 to contribute to the development journeys of field employees.
 
Color of Presence programme, which focuses on the sustainable progress of the field employees, is a development program with a holistic approach, tailored to the needs of EPM employees; along with classroom trainings, individual development planning meetings, mentor support and project presentations.  
 
Brandon Hall, one of the most prestegious consulting companies in the world, has been giving the Excellence Awards since 1994. Within the scope of Brandon Hall Excellence Awards organized by Brandon Hall Goup, the world’s best companies compete with each other in order to receive awards in different categories in the field of Human Resources. Applicant companies undergo a rigorous evaluation by both Brandon Hall and a jury of independent members, in terms of fit to needs, design process, functionality, creativity and the project outcomes.
